2025 was a pivotal year in my work as a wedding photographer.
This season that felt grounded in a way I hadn’t experienced before. From intimate courthouse celebrations to full wedding weekends, many of this year’s weddings brought me closer to Philadelphia, where historic architecture, layered spaces, and dynamic city energy became part of the story. I shot in many other beautiful spaces, Rhode Island, Delaware, NY, and more. I traveled, celebrated, created and documented so many beautiful couples this year. Some venues I want to highlight, Osteria in Philadelphia, Hotel Du Pont (my architecture loving heart exploded here!!), Louie Louie, Cypress House (always a favorite!), Excelsior, and many more!
This season marked a shift. Or as my mentor told me, a quantum leap. It’s been building inside me these past few years but for the first time, my work felt truly and fully aligned. Less chasing, more trusting. Trusting in myself, trusting in my education that has brought me here, the experience and my connections with my clients. I found myself fully present in each moment, photographing weddings in a way that felt so instinctive, connected, and true to how I’ve always wanted my work to feel. Documentary at heart, with an editorial eye for light, movement, and honest connection.
The galleries from 2025 reflect that grounding. True-to-life color, intentional compositions, and moments that were allowed to unfold naturally. Whether photographing weddings in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, or beyond, my focus remained the same: creating imagery that feels timeless, elevated, and emotionally honest.
This recap is a look back at a year of trust, growth, and creative clarity. A year that reaffirmed why I do this work as a wedding photographer and how I want to continue showing up for my couples. I’m stepping into the next season more connected than ever, and I can’t wait for what the year ahead holds.
